I always find fair grounds interesting, or at least the machinery and the moving, setting up and taking down of the rides, may be goes back to when the fair used to come to what was, at the time, my home village of Banks in West Lancashire.
Workers from Taylors fun fair are working to dismantle or breakdown the Eurowheele big wheel fairground ride in Morecambe in Lancashire. After a warm and sunny weekend, the fun fair has finished and is been dismantled and packed away ready to move onto their next pitch. Taylors are a Kendal based fun fair who travel the northwest of England. This site on the seafront at Morecambe is the proposed site for Eden Project Morecambe that will chance this area into a new major visitor attraction.
