Cw 7356 66421 and 66126 Cumwhinton 3J11 9.10.2020. DRS Diesel locomotive’s 66421 and 66126 travelling the Settle and Carlisle between Cumwhinton and Cotehill on Friday the 9.10.2020. The train they are providing power for is the 16.21 hrs departure from Carlisle Kingmoor which is a RHTT. These trains run in the autumn to clear the tracks of fallen leaves by blowing them away with a powerful water cannon. The train has a locomotive at either end, with 66421 on the front and 66421 on the rear. The train will run over a route that covers a lot of Cumbria and the Northwest before returning to Carlisle tomorrow morning.
