A chunky hat knitted from J C Brett’s “Tranquil ” yarn which is a acrylic and wool mix by Carole Wareing from Colin and Caroles Creations and The Wool Boat.
This hat is adult sized.
This adult’s hat is knitted by Carole who lives and creates her garments aboard the canal narrow boat “Emma Maye” based on the canals of England. The boat has a mooring in Burscough in West Lancashire. This garment can be picked up from the boat on the days when we are open so you can try it and have a look in the mirror before you decide if it’s for you.
The Boat is also a knitting and yarn shop and the yarn is available if you would like to knit your own hat, we have a good range of yarns available from the boat.
