Pony Trotting in Seaburn 2
On a spring Sunday afternoon a procession of ponies with trotting carts came along the seafront road at the seaside resort of Seaburn.
Here two trotting carts thread through the traffic past a sea front bar.

But let’s start with a bit of industrial remains from our recent trip to Morpeth where Southport got beat 3-0 in the 2nd qualifying round of the F A Cup in September 2023.
Just outside Morpeth is the small village of Tranwell where there was a short lived RAF air feild in the 2nd World War. Apparently some of the concrete runways are still there and there is a old metal water tower…
