We’re thrilled to share more details of the UKHA’s first make-along event— a Knit Along AND a Crochet Along, created to inspire and excite you. Both the KAL, designed by Jeanette Sloan, and CAL, designed by Claire Montgomerie, are being released in 7 exciting weekly parts, which started on 7th April 2026.
The patterns can be downloaded for free from our web shop.
This gives makers, you, a reason to come back week after week for fresh inspiration, new stitches, and that unbeatable sense of momentum.
The Knit along is called Bloom and the Crochet along is Blossom.
Both will produce a blanket.
We have put some kits together of suitable yarns from James C Brett, though the Bloom one needs beads that you will need to source elsewhere as we don’t stock these.
