The scarf has a basket weave pattern knitted into the final 9 inches, at either end, whilst the yarn produces a natural striped pattern. The colours are light blues, dark blues and greys. The scarf is approx 64 inch/ 163 cm long and 6inch/15cm wide until the last 9 inches / 23cm on either end of the scarf where the basket weave pattern is and the scarf widens out to 8 inches/21cm The price is £20 including free postage to a uk address, or come and pick up from The Wool Boat.   • An adult’s hooded scarf knitted from J C Brett’s “Tranquil” yarn by Carole Wareing from Colin and Caroles Creations and The Wool Boat. This scarf Carole has knitted with a hood so as well as keeping your neck warm it also keeps your head and ears nice and cosy. The scarf is 60inches long, and 10 inches wide. The yarn is wool and acrylic mix. The shade is number TQ04 which has shades of lilac and purple. This range of yarn has been discontinued by J C Bretts, but we still have a few balls left on The Wool Boat so get it while you can, please get in touch to find out what is left today. Each ball is 100gram’s and priced at £3.75. Each ball contains 150 meters or 163 yards, and it is recommended that 6mm needles are used. The yarn is 80% Acrylic and 20% Wool.
