A lovely hard wearing hand knitted blanket in brown and a cream with flecks a wave’s blanket

Brown and a cream with flecks blanket, many uses, babies or pets spring to mind.

The blanket is easy care, being machine washable at 30C and measures 20 inches by 28 inches (51 by 71 cm) and has been created from two types of James C Brett’s chunky knitting yarn.

The cream fleck is knitted from Tranquil chunky, shade TQ1 and the brown is from Chunky with Merino shade CM16.

Carole Wareing has designed and hand knitted this blanket, this is Carole of Colin and Carole’s Creations based on a narrow boat named “Emma Maye” and also known as The Wool Boat that is based on the Leeds and Liverpool canal in Burscough in West Lancashire.
