After a nice week away in the Conwy Valley we are now back on “Emma Maye” in a breezy but blue-sky evening.

While we where away we visited a few wool and yarn shops, with Carole buying a bit of yarn.

The Yarn studio wool shop in the Conwy valley town of Llanrwst in North Wales.

The shop is on Station Road, the A470 between Llandudno and Blaenau Ffestiniog.

The shop stock’s mainly acrylic yarns and some haberdashery items.

And The Ewe Felty Thing, Wool Shop in Conwy in North Wales.

The shop is on Castle Street, within the town walls of Conway Castle.

The shop stocks natural wools and fibres, some from bigger commercial yarn houses and some from independent Indy dyers.

The building dates from 1867 and is a former NatWest Bank.
